This workshop is designed to introduce you to Improvisation Comedy. There are rules and skills to it! No prior acting or improv experience is required.
Improv is great to stretch your creative muscles, build confidence, learn the structure of comedy for stage, improve public speaking or just meet some new people and have a laugh.
This is a low pressure, safe and fun environment where you can self-explore. This personal growth results in not only being a better improviser but able to transfer this learning to every area of your life, whether it’s personal relationships, or professional work or school.
Improvisation is the wonderful vehicle for leadership development, whether it’s self-leadership or leadership of others, as it imparts crucial life skills that every person needs.
